The Anxiety Treatment Center of Maryland does not participate in any insurance programs. Therefore, we are “out-of-network” providers for all insurance carriers. This allows us to maintain greater privacy and flexibility in providing treatment. However, you may be eligible for reimbursement for services by your insurance company. You can determine whether your insurance company will reimburse you for payments made to our practice by contacting them to inquire if you have “out-of-network benefits” for mental health services, and if so, at what percentage you will be reimbursed for each session. We are happy to assist our patients in navigating this process and will provide you with the documentation you will need to submit a claim for reimbursement.
A full fee schedule will be provided during the initial consultation. However, below are the fees for the most commonly used services provided by our psychologists. Fees for psychiatric (medication) treatment will be provided during the initial telephone consultation.
Since your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, 24 hours notice of a cancellation is required to avoid being charged the regular session fee.
Occasional exceptions occur if it is agreed that a late cancellation was unavoidable.
